Neucoins issue with TATA NEU INFIFNITY RUPAY CARD

I have received my second statement, but have the same issue as earlier.

In the statement, I have received 144 neucoins of which 96 neucoins are for tata brands transactions done on tata neu.

Hence I need to receive 336 neucoins as accelerated points but hey didn't credit any of these.

Is anyone else facing same issue.

Infinity card. It was two gas cylinder booking and one airtel recharge.

I am not sure, but in terms and conditions , it says government related transactions will not accure any neucoins.
But you should get rewards for airtel recharge. Check with customer care.

Are those necoins credited by app or the bank..Can you share the statement

In statement it showed me 1.5% as base coins, but in the bottom part of statement, it showed totalled upto 5%

I checked with customer care now. Some Clarifications they have given. Dotting them below.

• Firstly all grocery transactions whether online or offline merchant will earn 5% & 1.5% neucoins(via infinity card) upto 2000. 5% percent which you receive from neu app has no capping, only the card has capping.
• Secondly lets assume you do 10,000 worth of grocery transactions online (Since online transactions will fetch 5% and offline will fetch 1.5%) from 1st Jan 2023 to 31st of Jan 2023. The reward given would be 5% that is 500. So now the 500 neucoins would be reflected in the feb 2023 bill statement and would be credited to the neu app by first week of March, 2023. Basically in short, all grocery transaction reward points accured in a month would be credited in next subsequent month and not in the current billing cycle.
• Thirdly coming to the bill payment, customer care confirmed that any bill payment made in the tata neu app via infinity card will fetch 6.5% reward rate.(5% from neu app and 1.5% from card). I am yet to test this reward structure. since this offer started in month of Jan 2023 only. If anyone make a bill payment using tata neu, let me know what reward rate back you received.

for me i did a transaction on 10 of dec amounting to 756 rupees.

Merchant name was - Tata Payments Limited BBanglore. Attached screenshot below. got 1.5 base coins and later in the bottom part, i calculated the total neucoins based on all transactions, it had given 5% on the gas bill payment i did.

Sorry, i didn't get you. Could you please elaborate what type of transaction you think we are not getting 10 percent?

Even for my Millennia card it doesn't get credited properly. I tracked once to see how much I should get vs how much it was credited. There was a difference of 200CP.

The screenshot I attached from tata neu app says you get extra upto 5% using neucards for bill payments also.

I am also not sure about bill payment rewards, infinity card team is saying 6.5% and neupass team is saying 1.5 percent.
The above banner is the app is misleading,

Guys, did you spend on groceries?
I saw on some thread that now groceries points will be given at start of next month as it has been capped at 2K. This started from January only.

Btw my first bill generated today and for me when I ordered on Tata Neu App, I got 5% coins after the delivery of my bigbasket order in Tata neu app. I think those are Neupass coins. Now other base neu coins are pending.
And Base coins are zero in my statement which I think will be available in next month cycle as they are of groceries.
This is my assumption based on the info shared on that thread regarding groceries spends.

Can you reference that thread plz? I also didn't get any base or accelerated points for my BB purchases on Neu Card Infinity for this cycle. Have written to HDFC as well on it.

Finally tata neu customer care executive said that there is an issue with the system and neucoins will be credited in Feb statement
