Neucoins issue with TATA NEU INFIFNITY RUPAY CARD

I have received my second statement, but have the same issue as earlier.

In the statement, I have received 144 neucoins of which 96 neucoins are for tata brands transactions done on tata neu.

Hence I need to receive 336 neucoins as accelerated points but hey didn't credit any of these.

Is anyone else facing same issue.

2+ 5% NC they give with Tata Neu Plus CC is capped or unlimited? for eg. if someone buys a macbook @ 80k thru Tata Neu thru plus card how many Neu Coins he will be eligible for ?

There is no capping at least for the 5% you receive in the app, i have seen few people mention max coins per transaction on croma is up to 2000. Still i say it is a good deal compared to others.

I assume it's a maximum of 2000 NeuCoins. It's certainly the case in some purchases. I would not expect any more than that unless specifically mentioned in their T&Cs.

If its capped at 2000 then its a waste because lets say if you buy 1L Laptop, you will get 2000 coins with or without the card so what's the use of this.

If u use payzapp to pay and approve from Bhim it’s getting coins
Only this method I used so far since iOS limitations

if you are referring to the monthly neu coins from credit card then it will come within 7 working days.

Hi All,

Need some help regarding Insurance payments using Tata Billpay on the Neu App.

I have to pay the premium for my ICICI Pru (25k premium) - and was thinking of doing so through the bill pay section of the Tata Neu app... however, I am unable to select my Tata Neu Infinity card in the payments option to make this premium payment.

Is there a way to pay premiums through the Neu Infinity on Tata Bill pay to avail 5%+5% neu coins CB
