I think it still makes sense, since the monthy cash back limit is 5k. However, any further reduction on benefits will definiltely not makes sense.
OTOH, is there any card which gives cashback/ points on school fees? Luckily I need to pay my daughters school fees in Apr itself.

I think you will get 5% cashback but then there will be forex markup charge of 3.5% + GST on your transaction amount.

Sbi reversed the cashback provided for the transactions made on Amazon between sept 20 and sept 30, 2022 where got both discount offer as well as cashback. Ideally, they shouldn't do it as it was not included in the TnC while purchasing and in Oct 2022, they issued this notification. Did anyone got the forfeited cashback back again and if so, how to do it?

There is update in SBI 5% cashback calculation. As per latest T&C, now it's direct 5%. No more 4% + 1%. Still it's rounding down.
