Just got this replacement card delivered.

i like the thinking. today's is a fast paced world. but still you might have inclination- cancel or 10k MR kind of thing...

I dont kano if it is old or new design.. as I never owned GOLD card.

Applied and got the card .. here it is: Amercan Express GOLD charge card...

In that case, I am glad that I got the new design. I am okay with this..not a bad one..

But I really liked platinum travel new design..

Yes received 2 days back my new PT
Today at a POS the guy asked whether it’s Indian AmEx lol

Maybe their concerns like if foreign card then they may incur additional mdr or cross currency conversion which i am not sure

Yes they cannot even confirm the new design to get replacement card .
Pathetic amex customer care wasting plastic on amex money.

In my case they explicitly confirmed I will get new design and still ended up getting old one.

WIll apply for the replacement card after a month..
Already applied for it last month and got the old design itself.
