No Neu Coins for UPI payments on Tata Neu HDFC card?

I was going through my previous 2 month statements for my Tata Neu HDFC card and to my surprise, NEU coins were not credited for any UPI payments made during the period. I had payments of 12500 through Razor Pay and 500 on Phonepe the last month. And in the statement, next to the neu coins its blank for both the payments.

HDFC stopped giving Neu coins for UPI payments? Cause if I'm not wrong, I remember getting them 3,4 months back.

Finally got reply from HDFC ...

They saying....For example: NeuCoins for UPI spends between 1 Aug - 31 aug ...will be added to our account on 1st of September....and will be available for redemption on 7days from Statement date...

Tata neu infinity statement got generated for august month and got only around 400 neu coins for 37k UPI transactions.

I got my Tata Neu Infinity Credit a few days ago, and the first-ever statement was generated today. In this statement, I noticed that the reward points shown in the statement are much lower than what I should have earned.

Here, all the Bigbasket transactions I did were in the Tata Neu app, and they should have earned flat 5% rewards (Not adding extra 5% here of NeuPass, which should be added later to make the total to be 10%.)

Also, those two non-Tata transactions here—Reliance SMART and Amazon—should earn reward points of 1.5%.

And if you do a total, it comes out to be around ₹42. But they have shown ₹21 reward points here.

Even in HDFC MyCards portal, it shows the total points as ₹21.

What's wrong here? I talked to their customer support, and they were clueless.

I guess for UPI transactions above rs 2000, there is a interchange fee of upto 1.1%. So that might cancel out some of the reward points/neu coins

You have got your due in full. 21 regular + 21 bonus

Base + Bonus = Total reward points
He got only 21, not 42. See the statement clearly

You didn't get coins for Reliance and Amazon shipping

How many coins created to your Tata neu App? I think only 21 coins credited

I guess for UPI transactions above rs 2000, there is a interchange fee of upto 1.1%. So that might cancel out some of the reward points/neu coins

By limit I meant like it's mentioned in above post that above 2k there are some charges levied. So, not to cross 2k per transaction for coins.
