Non BBPS payments via 3rd party apps to be stopped by RBI forcing all banks to register as BBPS billers

RBI has directed all CC payments to be made using BBPS only.

3rd party apps to stop non bbps card payments from 1st July onwards.

Banks who are not registered as a BBPS biller have been given time till 30th June but 90 days extension has been sought from RBI.

There is already two topics on same. Most of Millennia CC holder including me received email from HDFC that wallet loading with 6540 MCC will not provide 1% cashback from Sept 1. Revaluation is done to Utilities/Telecom payment upto Rs.2000 per month from 1000.

Actually, no post mention whether its dc/cc. As Sept is written so clearly it is for CC. @fageriaji wrote "from 1 sep 2024" without mention cc but we got the email so knew it. @shivamk also didn't asked whether cc/dc. He asked about source.

No change for DC though but when it does, website will be updated accordingly in Millennia DC part.

It's for credit card. All millennia credit card holders received email regarding this.

Koi ni bhai maaf kar do dost ko. Rs 57640 - Rs 5000 = Rs 52,640. iska 1% = ₹ 526.40. Ho jata hai naye logo se. Humare jese level pe pahuchne ke liye it takes craziness, effort.
Ab clear ho gaya hai SBI Unipay // JioPay // Canara setu. HDFC Bill jispe BBPSHDFCBILLPAY likha aata hai, uspe milenge points.
RentalBBPS jo merchant name aayega HDFC BillPay pe, usse payment mat karo.
Above will stand true in case of HDFC Platinum as well as HDFC Millenia Debit Card too.

I think it doesn't affect Millenia DC if the reported MCC is correct. That is not in exclusion for Millenia DC. We can confirm by October end only
