PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

Due to too much rush we have to wait atleast 15 to 20 days..

Even Majority customers not getting Kyc done message..

Even I didn't get KYC done message i had to send them screenshot of the kyc completed from the site myself

Hi, I applied for PNB Select Credit Card through an offline Branch on 27th Dec 22, and the process was very smooth. AND APPROVED on 5th Jan 2023

AT first, tried to apply online but due to a little mismatch in my aadhaar and pan card details I couldn't able to proceed, So I went to a nearby Branch they provided me with a form I just filled in whatever possible from my side, apart from that they have asked me to submit either ITR or last two salary slip & Bank statement. and the remaining has been filled by the PNB officer. and then on the spot I got the application submitted message to my mobile.
In between, I got a message from PNB stating,
"We regret to inform you your PNB CC App is returned to your branch due to incomplete documents"
When I contact the branch they told, me they haven't received my documents yet. then I left it and I got an Approval message on 5th Jan 2023
Then yesterday(6th Jan 2023) I could able to log in through the Genie app and able to activate the card and UPI Pin was created in the evening and a Successful transaction was done yesterday.

the process was really smooth and the banking officer was well knowledgeable reg this.
if you are facing any difficulty in Online App, Just go to the nearby branch, if you are lucky you may get the same type.

Just received an SMS stating that my physical card has been dispatched via DTDC.

No reward points for UPI Txn on BHIM app via PNB Card. So for rewards on UPI better to use HDFC Regalia Rupay card on BHIM.

After applying online on pnbcard website it gave me reference number ( STP2023.........) instead of unique application number and saying our executive will contact you.

Have any of you got first reference number or the application number itself? When do we get application number?

I ALSO HAVE APPLIED OFFLIONE FROM MY BRANCH ON 6TH JAN got sms for refrence no in the evening but since then no progress msg got. did youhad to do VKYC for the offline application?

It's been more than 2 months, i have applied for the card, when I ask for an update all i get is this scripted reply. I'm honestly losing interest in getting this. Anyone have any other ideas ?

No you have to wait, only option is to keep writing mails

I can't do any UPI transactions on this card anymore. I keep getting risk threshold exceeded error. I have barely spent 3000 on this card.

Wait atleast 2 to 3 months... sare banks rupay network me bhi issue karenge...

I redeemed the Lakme salon voucher and instead of sending me one gift card of 1500, they sent me two (1000 + 500). But they are both valid for one year, instead of the one month mentioned on Rupay's website.

I got the "your application is lying discrepant" SMS Today, the SMS did not mention any ITR, also no emails. Should I directly send last two year ITR's to creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in ?

Yes, but only last year's ITR is required.

. No. I haven't done anything apart from filling the form and submitting the necessity documents copy.
