PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Thanks for the inputs Souvik, I already escalated to PNO via care@pnb.co.in. Also, received an acknowledgment that they are looking into my request.
Don't want to demotivate you but you would receive the following copy pasted response from this email. At least this was the case for myself and they kept on responding with the same old story for 3 months continuously.

wow, this is super discouraging.

Any update? Did you find any escalation point of contact? Email ID of any individual at PNB?

Yeah, PNB again asked for documents the 5th time and again I received the same email that my email can't be processed due to PNB's security policies.

I have simply given up on the idea of having a PNB card.

Already escalated to Nodal officer, they again shared some emails and again emails are bouncing on those email addresses. Waiting for them to finally reject my application so that I can escalate it to RBI ombudsman.

I don't blame him, after a point it's to much of an hassle to talk to people and reply to emails stating the same thing again and again with no resolution. It gets draining and you start to evaluate, whether it's worth it?

As long as I don't have to waist any time & energy for them other than writing mail, is worth it.

How to get VKYC done? I only get option to Schedule the call.

And even at scheduled time there is no option to Call etc. Just says stay at this page, our executive will call ?
Once you schedule a call, you would need to join the VKYC at the scheduled time. A call button would appear at the scheduled time which you would need to use to call the VKYC agent. Also, there is no guarantee that they will pick you call, you may need to call them at least 4-5 times to complete your VKYC.
