PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Hi,
Can any one share the experience with Punjab national bank credit cards?

Are you PNB's existing customer, as far as I know only their existing customers can use the PNB Genie app.

Nope.

Even I thought so, but there is an option at first screen which says "Track Application"

An update: today got call from PNB Team, wherein they re-confirmed about card application and if VKYC done.

I asked them if there will be a verification call and they said it depends - somethings not done if all documents are good.

Learnt that we can track status in PNB Genie app. TAT as per executive was 15-25 days

Same for me. Even I got the call. They were asking if vKYC is done or not. When I inquired that why it is taking time. She said it takes around 15-20 days for application to get removed.

Basis the info on this thread, seems they need some more documents from your side.

Check if you received any email asking for ITR etc.

Also which is the best PNB rupay card. I don't want to pay annual fees and if possible don't want the once a quarter usage policy too.

Rupay select is best...

• Annual fee – NIL ( if card is used one in a quarter) even 1rs of transaction is enough.
