Exactly same situation as yours. Any luck?Let me know if you both get an update. I've sent them docs 5-6 times. Hope they accept it this time. The problem is they don't reply after receiving the docs and send a separate mail asking for docs again.
Nothing yet, there were 3 separate mail chains. They replied to each of them saying "Acknowledged". Earliest reply was received on the previous Saturday (17th). Still no change in the application tracking.Exactly same situation as yours. Any luck?
I sent mail to care@pnb.co.in, told them "I had sent bank statement, form 16, pay slips, other cards statements, i-card several times but application is neither getting accepted nor getting rejected, thus causing me mental harassment." The email you mentioned in your post is not of the PNB Credit card department. Ofcourse, I sent my docs to Creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in, other mail id I mentioned was for grievance afterwards.The email you mentioned in your post is not of the PNB Credit card department. It belongs to PNB general Banking category customer care email So same is used for doing query other than PNB credit card like Saving/Current account/ATM etc.
Suggesting you must sent a mail attaching your documents to below menrioned email ids for quick reaolutions on your card application.

What sort of income proof they will askSome useful info for folks who wants to go ahead with PNB CC application:
· CIBIL Score of customers except FDR cases should be 645 & above with overdue if any should be less than 5K.
· Minimum income should be 20.834 K per month or 2.5 lakh per annum.

Form16/Bank statement/ITR. ITR is mandatory. PNB is asking ITR from every applicant.What sort of income proof they will ask

I created the FD & trying to apply for credit card against FD via PNB app.
Issue is whenever I am clicking on apply credit card against FD then getting error as "no FD available with matching criteria for customer".
Note:
I created FD on auto renew only.
I created through PNB app itself yesterday.Please contact near by branch, they will assist you. I guess you may not do it through online.
