RBIO: Got compensation of 10,000 from Axis Bank

Mail id kya hai rbi ka? I have to do against indus and bajaj finserv.. indus ka 3k point redeem kiye wo point deduct ho gaye mile nahi. Poijt reverse bhi nahi kiya. month ho gaya koi response nahi.. bajaj ka downgrade kiya fir upgrade mahi kar rahe
. Reason ka ata pata nahi..thik se response nahi de rahe..

Is page par ek baar gaya tha past me.. isme reply etc mangta hai.. jab koi reply hi na aaye to us jagah par kya upload kare? It qsk like when you mail qnd whqt response you got.. sare * hote hain skip nahi kar sakte.. koi direct mail nahi kya
When you sent email, you have received an automated email with reference/ticket number. Upload that in reply

I hope you know there is a RBI rule to transfer that amount from your Credit Card to Bank Account directly....
I re-read the clause and it says the entire amount needs to be transferred to bank account if credit amount is more than 5K or 1% of CL (whichever is lower) within 7 days of credit transaction (irrespective of the current outstanding). So, I sent another mail to PNO asking to credit the entire 10K to my SB Ac by tomorrow as deadline to automatically transfer is already over.

10. Billing
(h) Card-issuers shall seek explicit consent of the cardholder to adjust credit amount beyond a cut-off, one percent of the credit limit or ₹5000, whichever is lower, arising out of refund/failed/reversed transactions or similar transactions against the credit limit for which payment has already been made by the cardholder. The consent shall be obtained through e-mail or SMS within seven days of the credit transaction. The card-issuers shall reverse the credit transaction to the cardholder’s bank account, if no consent/response is received from the cardholder. Notwithstanding the cut-off, if a cardholder makes a request to the card-issuer for reversal of the credit amount outstanding in the card account into his/her bank account, the card-issuer shall do it within three working days from the receipt of such request.
 
I made another complaint against Axis for not providing reason for rejecting CC application.

I applied for LTF Neo Rupay card. It was rejected. Asked PNO for the reason, same crappy response, internal policy. I replied again clearly highlighting in my mail RBI clause with circular number and date. I gave them enough opportunity to come clean but NO. They kept saying the same thing.

So, I decided to go ahead and make another complain to RBIO. After complaining to RBIO Axis PNO replied within a week stating I already have 3 Axis CCs and hence the application was rejected as Axis does not give more than 3 CCs to anyone.

Today morning received the closure mail from RBIO. Quickly checked the card transactions and found the credit of Rs. 10,000 in my Indian Oil Premium Card on 31st December. The description is mentioned as "Write off" but I believe that's just the description and doesn't mean anything else. However, I will still write to PNO to change the description.

Luckily my application hasn't been rejected a single time from axis bank. I got 3 cards flipkart, myzone, airtel.

I applied for axis Neo card but I wasn't given option to select a variant. So I sent an email asking for the Rupay variant on the same day as application but they sent me MasterCard variant. Despite multiple followup no proper response from PNO so yesterday mailed it to RBIO. Awaiting response.

Hi, I had applied for Atlas. I have Axis Vistara with CL of more than 10L.
Could you please share the RBI circular you have referred in your post?

I got rejected for credit limit increase by PNO in axis.

My current monthly limit is 6 percent of the ITR for last 2 years which I sent to them.
Are they required to share the specific reason as per RBI?

Recently RBL suspended my card as they did not see payment reflecting in their system by due date even though I did pay on the due date exactly. Customer support says itas bank rule and they can block my card if they do not see my payment in their system by due date. Talked to them about MITC and contraditary rule of Late Payment Fee and their response was "bank reserves the right to block or revise my limit at any point of time'

The same bank's retention team last year verbally confirmed my Safari card was lifetime free but this year they applied the charge. Escalated to Nodal officer and they reverted back stating my card was never lifetime free. All they did was reversed the fee when i threatened to cancel.
They did the same with my mother's RBL Safari card, confirmed on phone that the card is lifetime free but this year they went back on their words and states that the cards are nor lifetime free.

Should I escalate this matter to RBI
 
If you have waited for 30 days since your first written complaint it's more than enough. Please go ahead and complaint to RBIO.

I also have issue with hdfc bank can you kindly suggest if I raise to RBI

Cause: I have Regalia gold credit card in my previous annual cycle (which completed on May 2024) I have completed 5 lakhs milestone, for that I suppose to get 5K flight ticket

But I wasn't aware I had completed 5 lakhs milestone as I haven't receive any communication from bank to avail so and so voucher btw so and so date due to this voucher expired automatically.

Now I have requested then for a reason why their was no communication to me on this?

They are playing with it from last 1 month.
Don’t you get that from the regalia gold smartbuy page or something?

Yes, there is a field to enter compensation.
