RBIO: Got compensation of 10,000 from Axis Bank

i have a problem while complainig to RBI AGAINST IDFC FIRST BANK decliming my application from 2023 and giving invalid reason
my question is that when i am trying to file a case there is an option that have you filled a written complaint to regulated entity ? if i say yes the proof i have of last application declined in sept-24 when i copmliant to pno idfc but they told me the reason of declined over the phone not in written and in the next step Rbi ask have you recieved any replay attached proof so i dont have any proof what to do here ?
secondly i apply in the month of december while changing my mobile nuber and email id idfc declined i sent to email them this time they gave me invalid reason over email on 6 jan-2024 if attached these latest email RBI MAY REJECT while saying case is Latest 30 days should be passed. please tell me as i am trying my fisrt compalint to RBI.
No, we can file before 30 days also

Idfc First Bank gave me wrong reason for Declined the application last one year over on phone this time he has given the invalid reason over the email on Jan 25 can I lodge a complaint to RBI with my latest case

Received below response from PNO:

We understand that an amount of INR 10,000.00 had been credited to your credit card ending with XXXX with the above mentioned narration on date 31-12-2024 on the basis of previous service request number XXXXXXXXXX and you are seeking for the change of narration to anything related to compensation. However, we regret our inability to make any change in the same due to banking policies and norms.

Be informed that the referred narration will not affect your CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau India Limited) report.

IG, they have just booked the expense as loss in thier books of A/c.
Hence, such narration is made for the said entry.

this should be from higher department, right? just because we got unsatisfactory response from level 1, its not eligible to complain directly to Ombudsman, right?
As per rules, it can be from any level. It is bank's responsibility to resolve the issue, not mine to run after different levels, and the bank is responsible for every response that comes out of any level.
 
I made another complaint against Axis for not providing reason for rejecting CC application.

I applied for LTF Neo Rupay card. It was rejected. Asked PNO for the reason, same crappy response, internal policy. I replied again clearly highlighting in my mail RBI clause with circular number and date. I gave them enough opportunity to come clean but NO. They kept saying the same thing.

So, I decided to go ahead and make another complain to RBIO. After complaining to RBIO Axis PNO replied within a week stating I already have 3 Axis CCs and hence the application was rejected as Axis does not give more than 3 CCs to anyone.

Today morning received the closure mail from RBIO. Quickly checked the card transactions and found the credit of Rs. 10,000 in my Indian Oil Premium Card on 31st December. The description is mentioned as "Write off" but I believe that's just the description and doesn't mean anything else. However, I will still write to PNO to change the description.

Amazing, I am myself sick of hearing rejection from even avg cards like Jupiter CSB, One Card, Kotak, HDFC, Yes Bank with no proper response other than crappy nonsense. I might as well use this route for all rejected applications in last 3 months and complaint on RBIO one by one. Lets see what I get.

It will but in first case im not aware that I have completed 5 lakhs and I have to check Regalia gold smart buy for that, in Dec 24 I came to know about it
I request bank why there was no communication to me when I completed 5 lakhs benefit and I need to check Regalia gold smart buy for that? They have no answer and keep on extending the resolution from Dec 12th I even escalate case
No one have any answer why there was no communication on that
