RBIO: Got compensation of 10,000 from Axis Bank

(h) Card-issuers shall seek explicit consent of the cardholder to adjust credit amount beyond a cut-off, one percent of the credit limit or ₹5000, whichever is lower, arising out of refund/failed/reversed transactions or similar transactions against the credit limit for which payment has already been made by the cardholder. The consent shall be obtained through e-mail or SMS within seven days of the credit transaction. The card-issuers shall reverse the credit transaction to the cardholder’s bank account, if no consent/response is received from the cardholder. Notwithstanding the cut-off, if a cardholder makes a request to the card-issuer for reversal of the credit amount outstanding in the card account into his/her bank account, the card-issuer shall do it within three working days from the receipt of such request.
 
What is meant by date Despute transection .
What date should I enter here please guide me

I made another complaint against Axis for not providing reason for rejecting CC application.

I applied for LTF Neo Rupay card. It was rejected. Asked PNO for the reason, same crappy response, internal policy. I replied again clearly highlighting in my mail RBI clause with circular number and date. I gave them enough opportunity to come clean but NO. They kept saying the same thing.

So, I decided to go ahead and make another complain to RBIO. After complaining to RBIO Axis PNO replied within a week stating I already have 3 Axis CCs and hence the application was rejected as Axis does not give more than 3 CCs to anyone.

Today morning received the closure mail from RBIO. Quickly checked the card transactions and found the credit of Rs. 10,000 in my Indian Oil Premium Card on 31st December. The description is mentioned as "Write off" but I believe that's just the description and doesn't mean anything else. However, I will still write to PNO to change the description.

I am waiting for 29th Jan to file 2 complaints (1 month ruke) an I HOPE I can get some compensatioon like this ..
Indusind blocked my card on an international trip (exclusive account) so I had to use Fi which resulted in International ATM withdrawal fees and then my Aussie bank account where I also incurred something more than $3 AUD. Will get everything + Compensation for that
 
What is your complaint about?
I had flipkart paylater in 2019 i closed that in 2022 with no payment default.since 2023 I am trying to apply idfc card they are declining by saying that there is late payment in your loan account I had proved many times by sending my Cibil report there is no late payment then they agreed and said we will update in their system but is going on same from 2023 to 2025 last time in December they declined again and told the wrong reason over email that there is late payment so we are declining.should I complaint to RBIO

You can select the blocked date as date of the dispute transaction

Why did IndusInd block your card?

Wait...Kazakhstan??? Bank will have ample opportunity to say suspicious activities. Proceed with caution.
I mean come on. Its reputation is that bad? I have traveled to a lot of countries and the card was never blocked. I used Fi and paid 100 INR per ATM withdrawal because of Indusind
