RBIO: Got compensation of Rs. 21000 from HSBC

Dear Friends,

Great success once again. Thanks to RBIO 🙏🙏🙏.

HSBC took around 2.5 months to deliver my addon card. Took around 7 calls lasting over 100 minutes and 3 mails. They kept sending the card to my old address in Mumbai in spite of confirming on call every time that address is updated to Kolkata address. They also failed to redirect the dispatched card to new address and card was returned to bank every time. In the process they also re-dispatched my primary card by mistake without any request for the same. After finally receiving the card, mailed HSBC for a compensation of Rs. 10,000 which they declined as usual, in spite of mentioning that they have recently paid me a compensation of 5K by BO order.

Next step was undoubtedly RBI Bamboo.

HSBC mailed in response to RBIO complaint and credited Rs. 1000 to my card on 12-Sep. In the response mail they tried to hide their incompetency and stated card has been delivered, however due to the delay they are paying a compensation of Rs. 1000 as a goodwill gesture. I replied stating please go through my complaint, all call date and time are given in my mail. Take out the call recording and see how you have harassed me for over 2 months.

Absolute silence since then, till I received the below mail from RBIO this morning 🙂

- Is RBIO ordered 1000/- as compensation to you or its HSBC when they received complaint and try to settle with you?
- Also, did you know that here for sample scenario in point 2, if RBIO mentioned that "1000/- is what best decided between RE and RBIO" and we're closing under clause 14(9)(a), any escalations or futher explanation for that?
 
One of the friend's Friend unable to paid the sbi credit card bill for some financial problem
the bank executive call him multipal times a days he answered all calls and said he will paid as soon as he arranged the money

one of bank executive get his work place phone number which is not share by him in reference (we all know how he may get these as we gave access our contact and every thing while installing every app )
and SBI executive call the manger that these person is defaulter of SBI card and not paid SBI credit card bill so the company remove him from the job

will these allowed as per the RBI rules should he filed the complaint against SBI

They simply credited 1K to my card and sent me mail stating the same.

I guess for that bank will need to show confirmation email from me, which Axis took from me when we settled for 20K.

And you are thinking of complaining against SBI instead of filing a case against the company???

Think straight man. If you borrow money from someone and don't return it on time, he has every right to tell anyone he wishes that you owe him money. On the other hand what right does the employer have to terminate an employee because he cannot manage his personal finances?

Not allowed, if he has enough evidence to prove all these things, then why not, proceed.

Lender or his agent is prohibited to humiliate publicly. Not only this, he can not even harash verbally.

But, it becomes custom in Lending Industry just because regulator is not that strict. 😬

Which is the bigger crime here? Why focusing on the smaller one?

Also, the alternate i.e. the perfectly legal way to do recovery would have been a legal case

Otherwise, for no good reason it will get...
If the OP wants to take this route instead of frying the bigger fish, probably because of easier proceedings, I can understand. Please carry on. Someone has been grossly wronged and if you are helping him get some justice, you have my full support.

he is working in a diamond company where every thing is based on trust as the employee get 5x to 10x value of the diamonds each day to process

and the SBI person said to company that he is cheater and fraud person so the company removed him straight away as every thing in diamond company based on trust
