I got the SP virtual dc in my RBL app today. But when I try to use it, it says "your phone number card number mapping is not present with bank or your card is blocked". I did generate the pin through app, got otp on linked number, enabled online transaction but still get this error. Anyone else faced it?

First complete and confirm about full kyc..

Even if you order dc, only do transactions after completing vkyc because ac might be freeze, also avoid upi transactions.
