[Restored now] Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay??

I just saw that Debit card option removed from HDFC billpay, is this temporary glitch?

Also, I am able to see HDFC credit card under new card add option.

UPDATE 25.09 1AM: Indeed it was a glitch, restored now.... Relief😅

All the bills have been settled already!! Two were instantly settled while one was settled yesterday!! But anyways yeah from what others are saying it’s taking time to credit the RP so maybe they’ll be credited later if Mobikwik is still working for Platinum DC!!

Mobikwik is not working since last 10-15 days.. i think freecharge is working

There have been several Bank holidays in last 3-4 days.. you may need to wait some more .. it took 5-6 days for me as well

The CI/CD pipeline HDFC uses is broken. I don't see any other cause for this bug. Especially in a microservice architecture.

Stuck with two problems:
1) Mobikwik stopped giving 1% CB on HDFC Platinum DC
2) Have an HDFC CC Bill Payment to be done but see no good option for cashback

I have paid for 2 cards, 4 days ago, neither amount credited in anyone card, nor cashback received

1 amount credited 2 days ago, but ICICI card amount still not credited after 7 days, ICICI due date is after 2-3 days, should I again pay due amount of should I still wait?

Irony is RP received before both amount credited, means on 4th day.

I just paid a ICICI credit card bill from the old netbanking portal, and had only my savings account and Platinum Debit Card listed there, not my credit card (Which is a Tata Neu ∞ one - RuPay variant.)

Also, I will keep you folks updated whether I get the debit card cashback or not.

Not long journey.... Through this method you can pay more than 1k without any fees... Just open Axis app and pay the dues and select freecharge as payment gateway.... No need to go to Freecharge app

SBI cards are not available in HDFC bill payment.My added sbi credit card disappeared from HDFC bill pay. When I tried adding it again it says invalid biller id. Anyone else facing this issue?

Please update when your amount credited in credit card, I have paid on 27 sep via app for standard charted and ICICI, standard charted amount credited 2-3 days ago, both amount cashback credited 2-3 days ago, but ICICI amount still not credited after 7 days.

P.S. - I have already migrated on new UI, transaction done via HDFC app
