SBI BPCL Octane apply ( VIA AGENT)

I applied via railway station agent 🗣️
No verification of income ( he says pre qualified/approved) nothing was asked .

They did take pic & aadhar otp .

Then call came for verification same day . & Then got link for NSDL e link .
To verify.?

Does this mean application is approved?
They said only last call will come from gurugram! Before dispatch

Any usage tips ?

My Paytm sbi card .i used it like anything.😄 So no l.e

I use 30 to 50% of the credit limit and pay before the bill is generated

Given the nature of bpcl sbi .. i don't think i will use 10-15 or more

UPDATE :- CALLED CUSTOMER CARE.
ASKED THEM TO Convert Sbi bpcl Octane to Sbi bcpl ( visa) . They complied without questions .
Reasons - told them sales executive told me sbi bcpl card but i got bpcl octane . ( Which is true - i applied bpcl normal , then confirmation call from regional centre pushed me for octane 🥲 )

This does mean they can change card variant.
