SBI BPCL Octane apply ( VIA AGENT)

I applied via railway station agent 🗣️
No verification of income ( he says pre qualified/approved) nothing was asked .

They did take pic & aadhar otp .

Then call came for verification same day . & Then got link for NSDL e link .
To verify.?

Does this mean application is approved?
They said only last call will come from gurugram! Before dispatch

Sounds like police interrogation. The suspect must answer the same irrespective of number of times a question is asked.
Any deviation in answer is considered a change of narration and suspect will be considered culprit.

The funny part is , they will give 1000s of crores loan with red carpet treatment and do the police investigation like enquiries before granting CCs for paltry several thousands or a few lakhs..

Once bank see 2-3 lakh in bank account they will give u 5-7 loan pre approved.😅😅
Forget loan to corporate and back door deal ..

Went 3 day back to open RBl aspire account and negotiate..

You will find them in Secunderabad station everyday on Platform 1 mostly.. it is easier to get the card this way, but mainly basic cards..

TIP: you need to present yourself well enough to get their attention.. They will find you wherever you are on the platform. Give some cushion with regard to wait time for the train

Yes, in railway stations they mostly offer irctc card, but it seems you can pick another basic variant

Its a different job, on-boarding is different to maintaining the relationship,
Even if the rate at which they onboard is slightly higher than the rate at which customers leave , they are winning..
It’s actually very hard to onboard and people tend to leave only in extraordinary cases.. and you have retention team as well..

Service quality improvement largely depends upon the what the competition is offering
