SBI Sprint Instant SBI Card for *All!

So finally applied 2nd time through sprint... For simplyclick.... This time kept mailing and permanent address same.... This time my cibil was 751....This time also got the same error on application documents upload page that something went wrong.... But this time I was able to do digilocker aadhar kyc... In 1st application was not given this option. After two days of application.. Received call from sbi agent... That my card is approved and I dont need to submit any documents... All I need to do is do vkyc... She sent me the vkyc link... Done successfully.....


Now what happens.... Any more verification or calls.... Who have experienced similar trajectory...??

Just wait for a confirmation SMS about the card approval.

Afyer vkyc, two verification call will be done.
Without which your card will not dispatch.
So correctly tell your details as filled in the application that time.
After that wait for 10 days you will get your card.
It may take 1 Week for few peoples but more than 10 days for few people. It depends upon pincodes and the processing of your card at card processing center.
So you have to keep patience. Afterall, its SBI (PSB).

Sbi cibil enquiry is of 100 rs only. Don't harm the score much. Why are you still applying for simplyclick card. You can change the card midway to cashback card too before simplyclick is generated

When I applied first time for simply click my application was rejected within one week because there was some address mismatch error.
In next day I received a call from some agent who told me that and ask me to process it again.

He asks me to apply for a higher variant of card for better approval and high limit(As higher variant card has a good base limit)
KYC and all was done on the same day and after 1 week home verification was done and in 10 days received approval mail.

It depends from person to person on how many verifications will be done and the final approval time.

I received one more call... In this I was asked to do aadhar esign....

They are pushing for pulse and some another card.... That cashback card... I dint think it wil survive even one month... Before devalued.... People will loot sbi.... By loading on amazon and then transferring back.... Simplyclick is safe bet.... With 2.5% assured...

I got two more verification calls so far. And today they visited my address in person, even after I did vkyc, and took photos of the place.

You can actually request them to change the card variant when they call you for verification, and if you are eligible for it, they will. I asked to switch from SimplyClick to Cashback on my last call and they said they will raise a request, so I guess I have to see which one I'll get.

Yes I know.... I might get 1 - 2 calls more..... Some people got approved just after esign... So its quite random

after NESL Esign process how many Verification call receive and from where?

Did they asked any documents...?? Or did they called outside to meet or just took photo by themselves and go


I think it will stretch the process more.... First they give me simplyclick... Then will request... Once u are in sbi ecosystem they are very happy to give cards to their existing customers....


And I dont think they will do a physical verification for me as my office and home address are different.... I received 2 calls from my homestate only. They might do home verification if possible....


But I guess sprint platform was to provide instant card.... Either reject or give card instantly... But here also they are doing things like they do in normal application

Nope. No documentation. I met him outside because I was at home anyway, but it didn't look like I needed to be there. He was chill and didn't check for or ask anything, all he wanted to do was take a photo that had the name of my residence on it.

I did ask them if they would need to redo any of the processing if I changed my card variant and they said no, but I can see why it might end up taking more time. Or I might just end up getting SimplyClick anyway despite asking for the change. They're both roughly the same level of card though, so there's a chance the request is accepted without issues.

Yeah, sprint takes a long time, which is ironic given the name. But the fact that you get the card with zero documentation is the real reason to use it. It gets your foot in the door for future SBI cards.
