I applied first time through this Sprint for Cashback card (earlier I had SBI card which I used for 3 years and closed 2 months back due to no usage).
After entering office address (after Cibil enquiry) it is showing me that it required some more information to process the application. When I click continue, it through me error.
(So far it collected, my PAN, address, and Cibil) no Aadhar or other documents (I provided other card number, didn't give me a chance to upload that too).
I tried by retrieving the application, these are the error/messages showing to me, every time I retrieve my application.
- Your application is already in-progress, request you to provide additional information. Exit -> button (no continue button here).
- Due to some technical issues, we won't be able to continue further. Go Homepage -> button.
- We couldn't offer you a card because it didn't meet our internal policies.
- We need some additional information from you. Our representative will contact you shortly. Proceed -> button (but that gives me 'SBI Card credentials as entered by you are incorrect).
- We need your professional details, asking me to reenter company and designation but got error 'Oops. Try again'.
- Looks like you already applied earlier, your application is already in progress. Continue -> button to retrieve but showing error.
I'm quite confused, what happened to my request. I have other cards but not expected this type of online application process with anyone, which again interesting because other people mentioned error messages, I'm getting each time when I retrieve my application.
Is anyone know, what happens to my application (didn't receive any call or confirmation from any agent about this), and also when can I apply again, if I want and without getting 'you already applied earlier message' ?
