SBI Unipay: Credit Card Bill Payments Failed - Customers Struggle with Refunds

Does anyone know after BBPS confirms that they have received the confirmation of refund, how long does it take for the amount to be credited back to bank? Thanks in advance.

I paid 45K HDFC bill yesterday via SBI Unipay, transaction is shown as successfull, but the amount is not yet credited to HDFC Card. Its 2nd day now, generally it happens instantly. What should I do? Wait or pay again? Last date to pay is in 2 days.

Didn't limit on CC increased after payment? Calculate it yourself. Moreover, If it was done after 2 PM yesterday it will reflect tomorrow. What I found is all my txns before 2 PM to HDFC reflected in statement next day but after 2PM it reflected on T+2 Days. But as I check Available Limit, it never concerns much whether it reflects in T+1 or T+2 days.

Always click on the go back button and sbi unipay will never fail your transaction.

What I found is all my txns before 2 PM to HDFC reflected in statement next day but after 2PM it reflected on T+2 Days. But as I check Available Limit, it never concerns much whether it reflects in T+1 or T+2 days.

Not sure if this is entirely true. I did one transaction from Unipay another from Setu. Unipay did not get any notification but with Setu I immediately got a sms from HDFC saying the credit card amount received, both the transaction were done yesterday Unipay at around 5PM and Setu was around 8PM

You didn't get what I asked for. I asked to check Available Limit on card whether it increased after payment on Unipay and you are telling me whole different thing. Forget it. 🙂

Below is my experience using SBI Unipay -

1- For HDFC and SBI CC Bill Payment - Got sms confirmation immediately after bill payment.
2- For ICICI Apay CC Bill Payment - Got sms confirmation on next day morning. (Although credit amount was reflecting on iMobile app same day).

That wasn’t me who you asked about the limit and for me the limit changed only for Setu payment not Unipay

No, the credit limit has not increased. I have been using credit cards more than a decade now, so I atleast know to check the limit, outstanding balance after payment.But it hasn't changed.

Raise a complaint through the homepage of SBI unipay itself,
Click on top right corner and customer support > give the mobile number for your transaction records or the transaction no. and raise a complaint request against the transaction that failed or didnt credit.

They will acknowledge it and either refund or credit in your cc account.

I raised complaint via email to unipay in the morning itself. They responded just now stating transaction is successfull. I checked and the amount is credited to HDFC card.

I did 3 transactions of 75k each to pay credit card bill using SBIUnipay and it got credited instantly (HDFC and YES credit cards). Now waiting for HDFC Platinum DC rewards (1%).

Today i paid 18300 to my icici card.Txn sucess.But not reveived in icici.Facing this issue first time.

I raised complaint via email to unipay in the morning itself. They responded just now stating transaction is successfull. I checked and the amount is credited to HDFC card.
