Standard chartered Ultimate timeline

Hello folks,
I have applied for SC Ultimate through online process and it got approved at the same time. However, I have not heard back from the bank since then regarding the application. I had already contacted the bank through chat but it always gets disconnected while waiting for their response. It has been around 8 business days since the application got approved. Is this normal for a bank like Standard chartered while processing a credit card?

I got SC Ultimate recently. Did KYC on Saturday, got the approval message by Monday and received card by Wednesday.

I am not sure about that. I had started my application online but it didnt go through. Then, I got a call customer rep who assisted me with all the next steps and promptly kept updating me with the status of application.

I was told by cc that it's strictly 2 lakh per month 🙁 i am no where near that amount.
