Steps for getting invite for RBL Zomato Edition CC

Initially I heard from a youtuber that I can request the bank for the card but even he was not sure about the approach.

Step 1: I posted a tweet tagging RBL bank and RBL care team that I am interested in their Zomato Edition Card. The bank replied that it is invite based card and wait for the invite to get the card.



Step 2: I noticed a reply from Edition team, which I suppose is the official account by Zomato to DM them my registered phone and email address. Initially I ignored the reply since it was already deferred by the banking partner. But, then I thought of giving it a try and replied to Edition team with my details on DM.



Step 3: Exactly after 4 days of providing my zomato account details the Edition team reverted back and asked me check my Zomato account after 24-48 hours for the invite. This morning when I checked my Zomato app, I saw the invite visible in Money tab.

Step 4: Just provided my PAN details in the Zomato app and within 2 minutes my Credit Limit was displayed. I completed my KYC with the bank and within 30 minutes received mail that my virtual card is active to use.

I have tried my best to jot down the steps and all the necessary things which I did to get the card. Please feel free to ask thing regarding the same. I will be more than happy to help.

Even credit limit too. While applying the approved limit was 1,68,000 but after the card was approved, the new limit was 1,98,000

guys through twitter i have received message to wait 24-48 hr, i did had 2 yr old rbl supercard which i had closed in jan 2022, it been only 4 month will that affect of approval cause for rejection everyone mentioned wait for 6 month and then apply what about if you closed the card and applied for co-branded in this case what the criteria ?

1. Can I use RBL Cards app to manage it, in addition to the Zomato App?
2. Can I apply another RBL card (e.g. Shoprite card) as a card to card basis with LTF Offer?

1. Yes, you can
2. Depends on RBL but I don't think you can.

1. Yes.

No.
Within 2 working hours, it get approved if everything goes well from their end.
If its pending then there might be some technical issue.

Usually no, this is just speculation, but from what I've noticed is that if both your home and work address are from somewhere you have ordered food on zomato it becomes pretty redundant in their opinion.

RBL zomato seems to think adress is the most important thing for getting this card than anything else haha

48hr in some cases, if the city is a metro city, the 24 hr. If it is a weekend, then 24-48 hr on working day.
For me, for example- I sent a request to the Edition team on Wednesday, got the invite on Saturday

Like I am not talking about changning the mobile number. Let's say, I delete my Zomato account. Can I still use this card? Where will I get the reward points? Is it possible to link this card to a new account?

Got confirmation from Zomato Customer Care. It should be LTF in a general sense.
