Travel Edge Portal Bug Since 1.5 Weeks

Hi,

I am using Axis Atlas Credit Card.

But when I try to convert the points, the screen shows this error.



I am getting this error since 27th June.

Anybody getting the same? Their customer support is not at all replying. Nothing.

Wow. Wtf man. Where's the post that is already there? I missed the Accor transfer bonus due to this.

Hi

Is anyone facing the attached error 4549 on their traveledge portal while redeeming Atlas Miles today?

Have been trying to redeem Miles to Accor since last week but have been facing two major challenges until now:

1. 4522 - An unknown error has occured. Now this error has been superseded by 4549.
2. I have 6182 Miles in my travel edge account but it was allowing me to redeem just 82 miles. The customer service narrative is it is an issue at Axis Bank end since December and many customers are facing this problem. Have reached out to Axis bank but their narrative is it is an issue at...

I missed the offer too. Even nodal officer doesn't care. You can wait till July 15 but frankly, I have given up.

I missed the offer too. Even nodal officer doesn't care. You can wait till July 15 but frankly, I have given up.

Yes I did today and got the error. I lowered the amount and did 2 transactions instead and it went thru.
I transferred to ITC.

Their nodal guy is a dxxx axx
He writes reply after 15 days which is highly irrelevant to our complaint
He has gone mad

I used traveledge web portal. For me it was failing at the end.
