Unable to Claim Pre-approved Credit Card

Hi, Yesterday I checked for Pre-approved Credit Card offer from Offical Axis Bank WhatsApp and It's showing me that Congo, you have a pre-approved credit card offer with the limit and link attached to apply.

But I tried with attached link, axis mobile, NetBanking, pre-qualified link in their website, contacting customer care and even branch but no help, i didn't find any pre-approved card offers at all in all possible channels.

And even i got 3+ calls via private numbers from past 15 days for pre-approved credit card offers,and i am in the list of pre-approved card customers confirmed by them, and everytime they told me to check for offers but as described above no help in any of the channels so they said me to wait for some days to get it updated! due to no offers i always told to stop calling me and I thought they were third party agents.
But yesterday when i checked offers via WhatsApp i confirmed that there might me a offer for me and trying to get that.

I already raised the issue to PNO, i haven't received any response yet.

May be the offer came because of the Prestige Savings account upgrade from Liberty as Prestige offers Complementary MyZone card and I got all the calls after upgrading . But i upgraded my account just less than 20 days ago, so i am confused now. What should i do?

My recent MyZone application got rejected on march middle.

Please guide me in this regard via your knowledge and experience.

I think it's because of the rejected card you are getting this error. If you hadn't applied then you might have got the pre-approved offer now. Same thing happened to me with HDFC. I applied Millenia in December and got rejected. Then in January end, got pre approved offer but couldn't apply because of cooling period. At last got a call from home branch and they applied offline on my behalf and it was approved without any CIBIL hit.

Ya, but as much i know, rejection doesn't stop anyone to atleast apply for the card in Axis Bank or atleast Bank can show the offers.

The same happened to me.
I had a saving account with Axis. In May 2022, I started to receive calls regarding pre-approved offers on my account but whenever I checked in-app or net banking it just asked me to apply for the card so I denied the caller every time.
After many days I applied for CC on call. After 4 days of application, my card got approved without any verification call or documents.

Suggestion: If you are receiving many calls regarding a pre-approved offer but it is not showing on the app DON'T WORRY just APPLY, your application will get APPROVED.

Would you please elaborate with little more details, such as when you got calls and what cards and limit they offering on the call and what you applied and how much time(in days) it took to approve!

I started getting calls from start of the May month. I waited till 19 May and then applied via call only.
They gave me options for - Axis Atlas, Privilege, Select , and all other lower variants [ except ACE ].
I received the application no. instantly during the calling itself while it took till 23rd May to get the card approved and show in my mobile app.
I got the limit which they promised me on the call [ can't share it ].
Just ensure that account is more than 6 months old.

As you have earlier told that your application has been already declined in March, I would suggest not to trust anyone and take anything in written as I have heard Axis is declining many Pre-Approved Offers.
