Hey guys anyone have any idea if someone is using platinum account and enrols in classic banking then what happens? Can they maintain 1 lakh and still don't get charged for NMC?

Just asking because it triggered in my mind i already have preferred family banking so i don't need to do this.

I have two SB accounts under Imperia program
1) Regular
2) Platinum

Just now changed my Regular SB account type to Savings Max type thru Expressway, which went on smoothly and created a SR and email and SMS was sent stating that the changes will be reflected in 24 hours..
For God sake , it’s now heading in the right direction as far as HDFC digital banking perspective…

I converted my account to savings max 5 days ago but still in app MAB is Rs. 10000. I also transferred the account to another branch and same is updated in the app.
Any other way to check account type?

You can contact the customer care maybe.. (the product code us different between account)

Only transfer my branch it was reflecting after 6-7 hours.

If you upgrade they won't automatically send you new dc. I guess @VISHESH_BANSAL also uses millenia with savings max free of cost😛
