"User not exists in lms customer portal" Error on Travel Edge and Edge Rewards Portal

Trying to log in to the Edge Rewards portal with the Customer ID I set in the Axis net banking but seeing this error.

"User not exists in lms customer portal"

Travel Edge portal also throws an error: "6013 - Sorry, we are unable to log you in. Please reach out to traveledge support."
(Not sure it matters but I don't have an account in Axis, just this CC.)
I have already reached out to Axis Customer Care but wanted to check if any of us faced something similar and how were they able to solve it?

raise a query from travel edge site. or u can mail on below mail ID (highlighted)
once query raised, u will receive a mail stating to share error screenshot on mail, do that.

within 5 working days u will get reply from travel edge.

@amit Any idea if we make purchases on say ... Gift Edge without the issue being resolved, if they will get those accelerated RPs? Or maybe it is better to wait for Edge Rewards login to start working so it records transactions for RPs in the Edge Rewards?

Actually login into the LMS portal using this link

https://edgerewards.axisbank.co.in/lms/home

from there, click on redeem now--Travel Edge---then you are in the TravelEdge portal 😎

If you faced this issue, may I ask if you just had Axis credit card or had their savings account or something along with CC as well?
That's correct I hold only Ccards and no other relationship for now with AXIS.


Were you able to login into the AXIS mobile App at all?

If so, click on the Clicck on the reward Points in the Home page ---> after that last icon Travel Edge in the 1st row, try and see if you able to to that from AXIS App 1st.

Yes. I can log in Axis App as well as Internet Banking. But the Edge rewards show authentication failed even on the app.
 
Open Internet Banking. Click on your profile. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. Click on the Edge Rewards link at the bottom right. It will open (in non-authenticated state). Ignore it. Again click on the Edge Rewards link at the bottom right. Now it will open with in authenticated mode

Hi i am facing same problem, even I don't have a axis account, bank has asked me the details but it's been six days yet problem is unsolved, if any idea pls DM me will be very thankful, as after 31st aug tranfer of points to miles will not be very benificial , axis need to c to this we are facing the harrasement, I am sure more people are facing this issue, I carry magus

Axis is using shady tactics; I believe your account has been suspended.
