U need energy,eating stuff made you full more blood to stomach than brain
i got ur point..m asking about the portion..we need good amount of protein and decent amount of carbs..just decent..so that it doesnt increase much insulin in early mrng
 
u can add low fat curd,low fat paneer,soy products for protein..i told low fat bcuz then u can add some nuts as they r already fats..and has some idhar udhar wala protein..
I usually have 6 dates, 2 walnuts, fruit platter (1 apple, 1 promog, 1-2 seasonal fruits) and 2.5 glass of churned curd (com milk-home made) as my breakfast !!
Any suggestions on this ??

things r ok..6dates..cut down to 5 or below..u can replace dates with other fruits..dates r just sweet..have low nutrition aka vitamin minerals..replace with other fruit or veggie salad..2.5glass of curd is great..u can add 50gms of panneer if u want
