u can add low fat curd,low fat paneer,soy products for protein..i told low fat bcuz then u can add some nuts as they r already fats..and has some idhar udhar wala protein..no egg no milk, only curd & paneer in milk based products !!

I usually have 6 dates, 2 walnuts, fruit platter (1 apple, 1 promog, 1-2 seasonal fruits) and 2.5 glass of churned curd (com milk-home made) as my breakfast !!u can add low fat curd,low fat paneer,soy products for protein..i told low fat bcuz then u can add some nuts as they r already fats..and has some idhar udhar wala protein..
