When do we receive gift vouchers & cb from hsbc?

As per of introductory offers by hsbc, i should have received rs 500 Amazon gv & Three complimentary Airport lounge access vouchers upon spend of rs 1k in 30 days. But i am still waiting for these.
Also waiting for 50% cashback (upto rs 100) on first transaction on google pay & 10%cb (upto 2k) upon spend of min rs 10k .
My hsbc platinum Credit card was set up in June. I have called customer care & written email but still waiting. Have any person got these?

Did you make any transaction/s worth 2500 within 60 days?

For 10% cashback, did you make total 10k+ transaction within 60 days?

My card was setup in August, I did all these and still not received the welcome benefits.

10% cashback is expected by November end (90 days post joining month).

For OP, there is some issue, he should have received everything by now. Ir probably terms were different at that time.

I didn't make any single transaction of more than 2500rs within 30 days but I made multiple transactions totalling more than 2500. I hope they don't cut my vouchers.

All I did was back to back 5 transactions totalling 20K on Amazon wallet load via uber and then paid back via Amazon wallet upi on day-1. After that never used that card.

You should have done a single transaction of minimum rs. 2500. Totalling rs 2500 won't work.
