Where did you used that to get it marked as fraudulent txn? Didi SBI called you to confirm txns and you missed the calls? If SMS specifies card block reason it can be reopened only using CC.

Did you do all of these txns within a span of few mins? Were these high amounts? Is you card/account new?

Primary visa/mastercard now not accept anywhere or not eligible anywhere.

Apply 2nd debit card, add-on Firstap RuPay variant.

Rewards and 10x rewards are same as per your wealth or private account

Benefit -

1st benefit - you will again get 8k (wealth) or 20k (private) account welcome rewards (this is additional benefit, if you already get welcome rewards on primary card then you will once again get welcome rewards on Firstap RuPay)

2nd benefit - RuPay variant accepted on Phonepe app cc bill payment with all merchant names eligible and no extra charges.

You can also use Freecharge app cc bill payment, once agian no extra charges for RuPay.

4900 is easy to find... 4814 is Hit and miss..

Phonepe pvt ltd only Visa/mastercard me aata hai + conv fee bhi lete hai.

Maine only IDFC RuPay use karne ko kaha hai. Padh toh lo post.

But since the merchant name says "Bill Payments", there is a high chance that it falls under the utility/telecom category.

Yes I did almost 10 cc bill payment via SBI virtual debit card on SBI unipay portal.

Each transaction range is 2000-9000 only

I just got a call and sbi asked details for confirming these are legitimate and i requested to unblock, they just did that .

I need to really wait for 5 min for every transaction, slowly I think it is better to move to cred rather than this cb.

Till HDFC platinum it became so convenient, now it's getting really frustrated.

Federal bank not allowed for edit your bill on phonepe app

Use Freecharge app and no extra charge using RuPay variant.

Manually type your full card number and try, dnt use saved card

dnt load more than 5k per day

visa user choose visa option and mastercard user choose mastercard option.

use only ebixcash website to load money.

How long one should wait if reward points are not received.. I can see someone received reward points even after 5-6 months.. 🙂🙂

I did Amazon bill payment using First Tap on 7th Feb but no welcome rewards points of 8000 for me on 2 different accounts within the family..

so is welcome reward (again) of 8000 on first tap is hit or miss or one should get mandatorily?
if these reward points are not yet credited even after 14 working days.. should one call to customer care?

What is your suggestion?

Even I didn't receive for myself and family. I complained for my account after 5 months and they said that welcome rewards for firstap are 2000 only even if I am a wealth customer. They credited 2000 after 7-8 days as bank courtesy. Haven't taken the hassle to complain for other family member.
