Worst credit card experience ever with HDFC

I'm holding HDFC credit card for more than 3 years and after this much of experience I can say that this is the worst possible credit card bank to have in your portfolio. I was given incorrect rewards and even after 2 months of escalation also no resolution. No call even from their side. I want to throw this crap.

Not to be biased but HDFC bank seems to be arrogant nowadays, being the largest private bank. IMO Amex is genuinely the best.

Exactly what went wrong

They are giving flat reward point , even for mentioned websites they are not giving said rewards plus they don't give each transaction based reward point data

True, 2 months not a single call back , sbi cards people called me very next day for asking regarding complaint. What's the benefit of boasting biggest private bank when they feel coustomer is a joke

Amex is a gem when it comes to customer satisfaction.
