1% Cashback returns on HDFC Platinum Debit Card

Sbi cashback credit card bill is automatically generated in smartpay whereas it doesn't get generated for sbi simply save credit card. Any solution for this?

Any solution for failed bill payments? How are you guys paying cc bills that have failed by HDFC bill pay?
I don’t understand why you boys and girls don’t just take the HDFC Millennia Debit Card directly.

In the last 2–4 pages of comments, 90% of people’s transactions are failing.

On top of that, the maximum cashback is only ₹750, yet people are paying bills worth ₹1–1.5 lakh because you cant edit the bill amount.

What’s the benefit in that?

With the HDFC Millennia Debit Card, you can earn 1% cashback upto ₹400 per month and for the remaining bill amount, you can pay using another bank’s debit card like RBL Signature+ DC, RBL Enterprise DC, IndusInd Visa Signature DC, or even SBI Virtual/Physical RuPay DC — you’ll earn more that way, especially if the bill amount is large or the payment keeps failing.

You mean the DC POS spend limit was less than Axis bill and you later increased it and readded the bill?
Let us know when the bill gets scheduled for this re added Axis bill. Is any of these Axis bills already passed scheduled date?
No not the DC POS limit. The Autopay limit. I had set it to 5000 which was too little. So I increased it, deleted and again added the biller. It got scheduled and paid

This time no such luck. Axis Flipkart failed on the payment day. Deleted and re-added but it did not get fetched again and I paid it today, the due date. In the case of Axis Select I deleted and re-added before the scheduled date. It has not yet got fetched and the original scheduled date was 4th or 5th. Let's see if it gets fetched/paid but I doubt it. For the 3rd Axis card there won't be a bill, as I didn't use it last month. Something seems to have gone wrong with Axis payments this month. Even after re-adding all 3 they keep showing SmartPay error even though nothing was fetched or scheduled after re-adding

where do you set the auto pay limit?
 
Today when I went to redeem my Debit Card points I'm seeing 'LOYALTY PROGRAM GOLD CARD' in which I have 652 points but I'm unable to redeem them. When I'm trying to redeem it's showing FAILURE_AT_DCMS. Anyone know what this is?

Try after 2/3 days

you see these failure messages sometimes. just try again after a day or two

I am seeing this issue ever since hdfc moved my acc to new netbanking portal a few months ago & I always thought it was a bug waiting to be fixed after enough people complaint. Are you saying it works or ever worked for you in the past on the new netbanking portal?

P.S. Just to be clear, my issue is that I am not able to even click inside the box where points need to be entered to redeem last time I tried few days back.

If you are a user of HDFC DC since a year then you should have already experienced such things. Its common that for few days we cannot redeem points or points getting credited late. This has nothing to do with new netbanking. If there is any issue in using netbanking then try HDFC app.
I was also trying to redeem points since Monday. Today morning it worked.

After seeing your post I tried hdfc app & there it works fine but in netbanking though this time it worked & I successfully redeemed points from my other card but when I checked again the same issue come up.

As you can see I can click inside the promo points box which has zero balance but I cannot even click in the millennia debit card points box which has more than enough points balance. Very strange, try CTRL + F5 while you are in the HDFC netbanking at that page which you have just shown above.

Also, are those points 3000+?

Ctrl+f5 logs out the user from new netbanking portal saying back/refresh not allowed. Yes the points are 3000+.
 
a payment of 75k for SBI CC went smoothly today.

I had set up auto pay, but it didn't fetch bill once it was generated.
Since bill was already generated, i couldn't set up autopay in old app but somehow managed to do it from the new app
