Changing credit card Citi to Axis

I've a couple years old Citi Indian Oil Credit card. Can I change it to Axis IOCL credit card. Has anybod y tried it ?

Some forum members have tried, and the response they received was that it is not currently possible. However, there is a possibility that in the future, they might allow us to switch cards. It seems the integration is not complete at the moment.

I also have Citi IOCL Visa Card since 2005. Haven't been using it much as spending shifted to Axis Magnus. Was thinking of closing the card. But now as there is a need for a RuPay credit card for UPI payments, I am hoping that I can replace the Citi IOCL card with Axis RuPay IOCL card.

citi IOCL, you get rp for upto 10k fuel purchase, but axis IOCL it is 5k. However value back is more.

O had two iocl citicard with visa and master network card since 2004 i closed it. Since axisbank cant be trusted witheir tnc they keep chnaging all of a sudden. They tried sending a new cheque book 3 times every time it returns undelivered whete as am at home no courier came. Not sure what isnhappening.
