I mean, since this is Axis and you are not a new forum member, if I were to say they won't report, it would actually be the opposite, and they will report to CIBIL. 🤣 However, CIBIL is not a major concern here because your old card will simply be replaced with the new one on CIBIL's records. Additionally, they might charge the joining fees despite it not being necessary unless your card is activated. Lastly, if you don't activate your card, be prepared for a potentially lengthy dispute. 😂

i'm ready.

*asked conversion, but axis pathetic did add on card type upgrade, will add another credit card*.

prepared for all, as its axis.

i have not just have call recording.

first asked via chat, as airtel charges. but no response.

mailed no for status, zero response, simply said contact customer care via 1860 numbers

finally called, asked for status of conversion request, but request approved but opposite to my request. "your previous card will remain active."

hey, if we paid extra credit card dues for axis bank flipkart credit card like 50-60k extra can we get that money in bank account without charges and if yes then how?

Yes you will get it back ....Call customare to raise requets for Refund of excess credit on card account..
I’ve raised a excess credit issue and through customer care, they asked for cancelled cheque, bill payment receipt, bank statement showing debit of that amount.
I sent them all if them on 4th June, they closed the query without doing anything.
Raised to PNO on 13th June, they called me next day and the lady said your issue will be resolved in 3 day.
Lets see what happens.
