I think transaction alerts are mandatory by RBI. You won't get charged for transaction sms. Check in next quarter. I also used to get transaction alert after I deactivated sms.

@VISHESH_BANSAL bhai, I opened account through bank employee at my home on his mobile number and he provided me instant kit. Would I get e-debit card or only liberty dc? Is this account considers digital liberty account or branch opened account?
What do mean by 'on his mobile number' ?
Don't tell me you open account with his mobile number, lol.

On digital 🗽 acc you will get two dc , the virtual dc is free & 🗽dc is has some charges.

And offline account have only physical card.

Offline.
Only one DC which is Physical DC.

You can also open the Digital Liberty Account by sitting at your home yourself.

You unnecessarily gives headache to the poor Axis Guy

Yes, but I didn't want any headache. My friend tried online process and due to some error his application was stuck, after couple of days they opened easy access account for him and then he had to go to branch to upgrade account to liberty. Not sure how they opened easy access without his consent when application was stuck.

Consolidated charge of 3.5 + GST for me, Is it random? Also i pay CC bill around 20-25K every month using liberty debit card via paytm. Any benefits on this? Any vouchers? 😀
@VISHESH_BANSAL Any comments on this? Account opened in May 2023, every month making credit card payment through Paytm using debit card around 20-25K, but so far no cashback and no vouchers.

Thanks and i did that already. But still looking for some info, as @VISHESH_BANSAL already mentioned now axis made it smooth. If you have any specific point why axis is doing this, please enlighten!
I aleady explained deatils in first comment .
I do not have more info than What I wrote in First Comment of this thread.

If you are not fulfilling eligibility criteria, then why are you expecting Axis to Process the benifits ?

If you had understood the post by now, you would have realized why you are missing those vouchers. 🤣
Not sure, what is there to LOL. Anyways, first post mentioned spend 15K on any merchant using upi, netbanking or debit card. And couple of posts after first post mention about paytm merchant also allowed. As i mentioned 20K to 25K cc bill payment through paytm using liberty debit card, still not sure what im missing.
