I just applied, my profile is similar to your profile and i got declined as it does not meet the eligibility criteria as per banks policy for credit card.
what did you put your income as? also salaried or self employed?

Tried to apply Federal CC 2-3 times in the last 6 months.
Every time, after entering Mobile and PAN, it would say "No offers available due to bank internal policies"
Never found an option to delete Previous Application.

Got an Instagram ad today regarding Federal CC. Just entered Mobile Number and PAN.
It showed Celesta available with 5.8L limit.
Just clicked on Proceed and confirmed Card Delivery Address.

And Boom..
Card is immediately visible in FedMobile app within few seconds of applying.

Got the Celesta MasterCard Variant.

(I know that it is LTF. But still, for a peace of mind, is there any Email address where can I send a mail and confirm the same?)

For me, it was different. I attempted to apply for three to four days, but due to a technical issue, the OTP wouldn't arrive. Suddenly, one day, they approved the card, granting me the highest limit among all my cards. The best part? There was no CIBIL hit.

Thanks for your comment. i tried to apply the card and got celesta mc with 5 lakh limit and no cibil inquiry. I think it was a pre-approved offer due to my FI and jupiter accounts.

Banks react like weirdos sometimes. My city don't even have a federal branch still got the card.

I successfully applied with 560025 pincode 2 days ago.

I tried applying on Federal portal after reading the above posts.

I submitted all details, it showed Celestia and I applied for it. After confirming dispatch address, for vKYC when I clicked next it showed something like "Third Party error". I clicked again "Next" and twice it displayed the same error. Later it showed "Try agin later".

Not sure of the application submitted or not. Neither received any mail or message after submitting the application. Also I don't have any Ref number.

Do we get any mail or message after submission? If yes, in how much time?

Noone can answer this. It totally depends on the bank, they might or might not increase the offer duration. Its better to try today.

Where to check application status?

I applied on https://creditcards.federalbank.co.in/#/entry and took the application number screenshot.

After that I have received SMS every 6 hours or so asking me to apply for a CC.



This makes me think the application is not submitted for some reason. Anyway to track the status?

i too applied yesterday, it said declined, but i also am receiving these same SMSes since yesterday. don't know what to make of it.
