Are transactions showing as "ECOM PUR" not considered for monthly spend waiver?.. I did ~40k worth transactions in Feb through Liberty debit card but still axis charged me 600 rs for non maintenance of balance in Feb month today.

Where did you spend? They have mcc exclusion list for liberty spends.

First email them and get the charges reversed then do anything else. Say you didn't know and through some BS, they will reversed them then close the account after one year as they won't downgrade it to zero balance account.
