Hi
I want to ask after transfering 10L , how much time i should take to contact customer care of idfc bank for wealth upgrade for example I transferred 10L today i.e 2/4/2024 when should i mail them for wealth upgrade.

Got mail that says Wealth Extraordinary benefits. But no updates in app.

I don't know how my RM did it.

I transferred 10L to my account, next day RM told upgrade happened. Next day reflected on Rewards section. Got wealth kit delivered in 5 business days.

For the past 1 year, I have many issues with response and services from IDFC many times I have even discussed on Forum. One RM changed the complete scenario.

Yes after upgrade, there is no pre-requisite MAB for wealth.

Last time we were discussing how bad was IDFC, now all of a sudden one RM changed everything.

Will two swipes considered as two entries (We have 3/Qtr right?)

Lounge u can swipe twice in a go
& 2 entry
But yeah talking about cc railway entry
( Dc don't have that )
