I am currently using 2 SBI credit cards,have closed 2 in past, now the problem is while logging on SBI app one active SBI card, 2 closed credit card details are showing, whereas one SBI active card ie cashback card details are not showing, it is coming as server error since 4 days. Now the issue is, I have called SBI customer care, they say card is active not blocked, infact since the issue I have used card 3 times, latest being today itself, transaction being successful all times. SBI customer care on call asked to mail the issue, since there is no issue from their end. On mailing SBI customer care, received vague and irrelevant response yesterday. I have mailed them again, awaiting response from their end. The problem is even with SBI weblogin, not able to login with SBI cashback card,only able to login via other card details, even through watsapp on SBI cards, no card details of SBI cashback card showing up, what needs to be done from my side, kindly help and guide.
