Need help, problem in sbi card app

I am currently using 2 SBI credit cards,have closed 2 in past, now the problem is while logging on SBI app one active SBI card, 2 closed credit card details are showing, whereas one SBI active card ie cashback card details are not showing, it is coming as server error since 4 days. Now the issue is, I have called SBI customer care, they say card is active not blocked, infact since the issue I have used card 3 times, latest being today itself, transaction being successful all times. SBI customer care on call asked to mail the issue, since there is no issue from their end. On mailing SBI customer care, received vague and irrelevant response yesterday. I have mailed them again, awaiting response from their end. The problem is even with SBI weblogin, not able to login with SBI cashback card,only able to login via other card details, even through watsapp on SBI cards, no card details of SBI cashback card showing up, what needs to be done from my side, kindly help and guide. Sorry for the long post.

Solution
There is absolutely nothing can be done..except chasing them up until the higher authority. Several users have experienced very similar situation..
Raise the concern with them. Via all mediums,
Phone, email , twitter, face book etc and start escalating it to everyone you see on their website continously...
Continously is the keyword here. . if you want resolution..

I am facing similar issue from last 3months. Did everything what I can. Even Filed complaint with RBI ombudsman still there’s no solution. Still facing issues. Is there anything else which I can do? Kindly advice, would be grateful

Complaint them on Twitter, it took me 2.5 months to get my issue sorted, mailed more than 10 times, spoke to so many customer care executive, keep trying,without twitter help my case wouldn't have resolved, I was even contemplating closing my credit card with them, the effort is so much draining.

Hello, I got this issue resolved. The only solution to this is continuous bombarding of mails, tweets(will be better if you can request your friends and others to tweet, retweet and reply to your tweets about the issue and increase engagement) as per other threads in technofino itself it took 2months after tweeting but with increased engagement on your tweets it gets solved in 2days, it’s a common issue these days as per posts in reddit and other forums, anybody can face this issue. I got it solved through spamming everywhere and asking in groups to tweet and retweet(not ethical but yes no other option). Anybody facing this issue anytime in future can follow these steps and get it resolved.
