I made the payment using Atlas CC but it didn't reach the website, and failed.
I contacted the store customer care but they are not able to find this transaction at their backend.
How and when do I get the refund? Should I raise a chargeback, or wait for refund?

I am planning to buy a TVS Jupiter scooter - there are 4 models available in the 125CC category:

• SmartXConnect
• DT SXC
• Disc
• Drum Alloy

What all to take care for before buying?

SmartXConnect is the latest model with bluetooth connectivity, and that iGo assist hybrid thing (electric push after driving some distance -- which will improve the mileage)

Bump here.
My small story about amex corp card and MR points.

I have been holding AMEX corporate Green card issued from my company since 2020. I just got the renewal card last week.
One thing I noticed is the old card and new card have same card number.
(Cvv and 4 digit pin are different)
On old card name etc was embossed, new card it is printed.

I hadn't enrolled for MR points still now. Just explored it and found that our company offers enrollment to membership rewards program as complimentary to all card holders. But I needed to call cust care and enroll for it.

This came as email and SMS. It is a gyftr portal link. After clicking the link, it asked for mobile number and then an OTP verification.
I need to claim them before Oct 8th, but I think I can use it even after that.
