I have redeemed my hdfc rewards in vistara vc point in 31st March. But they have not credited it yet . When raised a mail they said we had to register first for offer . I already had vistara account from a year. Please help

If you didn't register first then no points. This is an offer by Vistara so HDFC will pass the ball and wash their hands, and Vistara clearly mentions you gotta register first. They'll deny the 30% extra points offer.

I'd wish you better luck next time, but luck has nothing to do with taking a minute to read through the details before pulling the trigger.
