They are saying to close 811 account then only spendzz account will close only spendz account cant close Emailed at PNO Also they are also saying same that branch is saying to close 811 account then spend will close any other grievance in kotak above PNO
Visit a different Kotak Bank branch and request them to close your Spendz prepaid account, as you are unable to log in to the Kotak 811 app. If they still refuse, ask to speak to the branch manager, or request that they email or provide a written statement explaining why they cannot close your Spendz prepaid account. You can then use this denial email or letter to file a complaint with the RBI Banking Ombudsman.
They even called my friend to upgrade his 811 account to 811 Super but they weren't able to upgrade his account as he has Spendz prepaid card. 🤣🤣🤣
