I was asking to those who have already experienced this. Not forcing anyone to try and test for me.

Not trying to be rude, but trust me, no one would've interpreted it they way which you are thinking, as the bank clearly stated it. They didn't used any technical banking language, which makes it harder for people to understand.

It's either spend ₹25K or maintain ₹25K, that's it. Nothing in between, for spending ₹25K, the first page has all the details including MCC list.

If you still want your query answered with a surety, contact customer care and ask them directly. If they tell you that combination of ₹15K (maintained) + ₹10K (spent) will work and by chance you get penalized, you can play blame game 😂
