811 app 811 account ke liye banaya hai toh atleast app access toh karne ko de na wo bhi nahi 😂 pre-paid account jiska TPAP pe UPI wagera bhi nahi hota...jispe intrest bhi nahi deta usko full fledged maan ke restriction laga rakha 😂

No, it's not Mandatory i think. Me opened account in Jan-Feb24 , still got upgrade

Got my bluedart tracking number from chat support on 811 app. Also confirmed that there is no restriction based on category for spend except the mentioned ATM, Cash and wallet load.
So you can do bill payments, buy gift vouchers etc.

Steps To Convert 811 Savings Account to 811 Super Savings Account
If You Have an 811 Full KYC Account then call Customer @ 1860 266 2666 After Connecting The Call with the Agent Just Say I Wanted To Convert My Account To 811 Super Savings Account Then The Agent Will Tell You The Benefits of This Account. If You Have 5k in Your Account It's Ok Otherwise They Will Tell You Transfer 5k to Your Kotak Account. Then They Will Send You a Text SMS Having a Specific & Unique URL Click on The URL Accept The Terms & Conditions and Enter The OTP After Entering The OTP 300 Rupees Deducted from Your Account and Your Account successfully converted To 811 Super Savings Account.

What type of account you hold 811?
I opened my account in FEB 2024 and got upgraded.
