Anybody got the 500 cashback using kotak 811 super account? If yes, then share in how many days after transaction you received the cashback and on what types of transaction you got it. Would be really helpful to people those who are planning to upgrade it.
Please confirm time taken for cashback credit.. if you get the cashback after transaction...
It is mentioned that u will receive cashback Next month upto 10th of month.
Say u spent 7k using debit Card in month of October then cashback of 350 will be credited by 1- 10 Nov.
 
No problem, in least case, they will stick with same benefits for next 2-3 months we can recover our ₹300 yearly subscription. No loss in terms of money. I can recover in this month only.

In 811 app it says that my account is not eligible for super upgrade. I called customer service also and even they are saying that my account is not eligible. I asked them why and they said they don't know the reason.

This cannot be done. The vista tap to pay offer is only for cards non usage criteria between april 23 to march 2024
It can be done. Cards issued after Mar 2024 are considered as inactive to begin with. I have used bunch of SBI addon cc and received amazon vouchers. However, there seems to be a per amazon account restriction on the total sv's that can be added to an account.
 
Because of rbi ban on kotak for digital onboarding of NTB customers, the only way for NTB customers to open acc is by visiting branch & fill the acc opening form.
811 is a separate vertical of kotak.
Branch has nothing to do with it. If u open account other than 811 u won't get super savings account conversion.

Create another amazon account and bypass this issue.

After this offer.. I have ordered replaced around 6 cards.. total redeemed for 10 cards 20 vouchers without issues.. 5 cards including 811 card in pipelines.. planning to get 1.5k of vouchers within end of offer..
 
No it took more than 24 hours, branch will raise a service request, then after 24-29 hours you will receive a message that your service request is completed.
My Spendz account closure request has been successfully processed today and I have successfully logged into Kotak811 app but when I click on "learn more" in 811 Super benefits I am getting this error "Cannot upgrade currently."

RBI banned kotak from digital onboarding of customers via its app so unless kotak has an offline form/method of opening new/fresh kotak 811 super acc, it is not possible to do it from a non-kotak 811 active acc. If you already have kotak 811 active acc then can ask customer care.
