Were you able to log in to the Kotak 811 app on the same day after submitting the Spendz account closure request?

Not it took more than 24 hours, branch will raise a service request, then after 24-29 hours you will receive a message that your service request is completed.

Most likely, Spendz acc won't be upgraded by branch. only option is to close it & knowing it is kotak there is no guarantee one will then be able to open 811 super savings acc.

Anybody got the 500 cashback using kotak 811 super account? If yes, then share in how many days after transaction you received the cashback and on what types of transaction you got it. Would be really helpful to people those who are planning to upgrade it.

It is mentioned that u will receive cashback Next month upto 10th of month.
Say u spent 7k using debit Card in month of October then cashback of 350 will be credited by 1- 10 Nov.
