The original virtual(red) debit card is eligible for cashback.

Please don't make assumptions of your own.

The T&Cs clearly states that virtual card is eligible, and I have received cashback for the same.

Understood, just read the t&c and it does state 811 dc eligible, still I think it's better to use specific 811 dc to avoid issues later.

I haven't received the CB yet, paid bills using airtel thanks. For adding money I did UPI transfer so that's causing the issue?

I never add funds from add funds button. The bills you pay requires an credit of that funds obviously and that's enough.

I also confirmed with the 811 super RM & they confirmed you just need credit of 5k+ every month it maybe from any source and any method (upi/imps/neft etc..)

I did not receive cashback yet after paying the bill using the Airtel Thanks app. I noticed that people who paid their bills using SBI Unipay received their cashback. Has anyone here received cashback by paying bills on the Airtel Thanks app?

Nope, CC doesn't have any information about it. If you have other banks, you can try figuring out the mcc using their DCs.
