Currently Fully online account opening process is not available there.
You have to request for account opening from 811 website and then their representative will visit your home for further process and biometric KYC.

My branch is unable to create a new account
When I try online it's showing me to visit branch however I have got an idea to give aadhar address and give residence pincode as nearby city
So is it possible for the person who does kyc to aadhar address instead of given pincode while opening

Just opened wife's 811 super account. Had a little chat with the agent, asked him when CC business is going to restart, he said soon, after 15th this month! Also said Kotak has paid 1500Cr for this and they are going to make the CC criteria very strict.🤞🏻I get kotak myntra soon 🤞🏻

That doesn't make any sense.. they lost good portion of market share because of the ban. They should be more lax to approve new cards, to gain customer & market share.
Afterall the ban was due to their shortcomings in digital infrastructure, afaik.
