Accor plus status night issue

I booked one night in accor delhi hotel and was having 29 nights before
I informed hotel regarding my flight eill land late in night i checked in on 21st june 1am and check out around 2 pm according to hotel
And afterwards i countinued stay in same room eith another night booking from my wife account

I was given status night and then i got mail from hotel your night eill not be credited because of same day check in out

They charged fully for the night also i paid also also and i

What is this rule of hotel forced on me

I did bookings what hotel guided me before

Accor hotels are doing their personal agenda all over i have faced many problems vefore also

I feel can i go legaly against accor company i dont want to spare them now
