For me they did 1 enquiry - I just applied once and left - never applied again. Have subscription - checked - only 1 enquiry. I had around 12 enquiries in the last 3 months. Guess their criteria would be 1 query per month for 3 months - have asked them over the mail for exact criteria - waiting for reply

I also got this reply after many to and fro communications. I've asked them what is the permissible limit. They are saying we can't disclose. I'm thinking to complain to rbi ombudsman
