Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now. :rolleyes:

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.

Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.

That "Misc" classification is due to Razorpay. They unethically inject "RAZ*" prefix to the merchant name and Axis systems get confused. This is a known issue. While making payment, make sure the gateway is Juspay only. If its Razorpay, abort payment. I faced same issue with airtel as well as swiggy. However, in my case, they credited diff cashback after 2-3 months.
 
Why are you closing this card is it because of AXIS support ?
no use for me personally anymore. but also got tired of axis not crediting cc payment in 3+ business days, payment failures in utility bill on airtel app and now dcc charges on axis cards. overall it was an underwhelming experience for me. just keeping ltf fk with me now.

Think about it i accept it's pathatic support..But this card for now is best in utility
